Environmental sustainability

Sustainability is a common goal and through our partnerships we also bring our contribution to the community.

We adopt solutions to reduce the environmental impact of our activities. ​
That is why we support Up2You, a concrete environmental project that helps companies offset their carbon footprint. ​

We support and organize events in ourlocations to raise awareness, inform and actively contribute to the well-being of our environment! ​

Together with Plastic Free Onlus in 2021 we went to Parco Sempione in Milan, on the beaches of the Roman and Apulian coast, collecting together tons of waste.


We support multiple non-profit organizations, associations and national and international projects, by putting ourselves at the forefront as individuals and as a group.
We stand alongside the Italian Cystic Fibrosis League and the AISM, Associazione Italiana Sclerosi Multipla.​

Our mascot?
Its name is Nutella, a 4-legged friend that we were able to adopt at a distance thanks to the non-profit organization LAV, Anti Vivisection League.

Training with our company AiCademy

AiCademy is the division of the Agic Group founded in 2019 that positions itself alongside companies and people to develop opportunities for growth and training. ​

Alongside Microsoft, we share and promote digital skills in Italy, favouring job placement and generating development opportunities for the country.​

This is why we are part of Ambizione Italia #DigitalRestart, the plan coordinated by Microsoft Italy to contribute to the development and digital transformation of the country, investing in skilling, upskilling and reskilling.

Gender equality: Women emPower

In the field of STEM disciplines there is a lower participation of the female gender, our goal is to bring more and more women into the field.​

Women emPower is a concrete example of how our company anables the full development of each individuals and gives space to future generations who have developed a passion for this area.
