We hereby inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (and subsequent amendments and supplements) that, within the commercial relationship with our Company, Agic Technology S.r.l, hereinafter Agic, manages a range of personal data concerning the company/firm you represent.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Your personal data shall be processed by Agic for the following purposes:

  • management of requests for information on services offered by Agic.
  • management of registration for events organized by Agic.
  • management of the Curriculum Vitae sent to Agic, through spontaneous application.
  • promotion of services and events offered by Agic. 

 

PROCESSING PROCEDURES

These data shall be processed using computer-based (including where necessary, electronic forms) and paper-based tools, in compliance with the rules on personal data protection, including those concerning data security.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA DISCLOSURE

Many of the data processed are necessary in order to execute the offered services. Hence, failure to consent to their processing could prevent Agic from continuing the relationship established with the specific interested Subjects.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and supplements, if the personal data are processed for promotional purposes, you have the right, at any time and free of charge, to oppose this treatment, with regard to the initial or further.

We also provide you with information on the provisions of Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, containing your rights with regard to processing, as stated below:


1. The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him are held, even if not yet recorded, and to have them communicated in an intelligible form.

2. The data subject is entitled to be informed:

  • of the source of the personal data;
  • of the purpose of processing and procedures used;
  • of the logic applied if processing is performed using electronic tools;
  • of the identification details of the data controller, data processors and of the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2);

  • certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) and their content, have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, unless fulfilment of this obligation proves impossible or entails an employment of resources that is clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The data subject is entitled to fully or partially oppose:

  • for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
  • the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of dispatch of advertising material or direct sales or for conducting market research or marketing communication.

The purposes of processing refer to browsing of Agic website. The types of cookies used by the website are stated below.

Session cookies

The computer systems and software procedures used for operating this website acquire, during their normal operation, some technical data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its nature could allow users to be identified through processing and associations with data held by third parties.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED

The data provided by users shall not be communicated to persons outside Agic. Agic continues to be under obligation to communicate the data to the Judicial Authority at any time, whenever such a request is submitted.

DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS

Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 grants the Data Subjects specific rights. In particular, they can obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data in the company’s database; request that they are made available in intelligible form, be informed of the source of the data and the logic on which processing is based; they may obtain the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the freezing of data processed in breach of the law, as well as the updating, correction or, when it is in their interest, integration of data; they can fully or partially oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER

The data provided during the recruiting process shall be processed by authorised persons using manual, computer and electronic tools and exclusively for personnel search and selection purposes, so as to guarantee their security and confidentiality. The data collected shall be stored in the company archives for a maximum of 2 years and then they shall be deleted.
