The data concerning You may be processed using paper and/or IT and/or electronic supports - with logic strictly related to these purposes and in any case to guarantee confidentiality and security.

5. CATEGORY OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data provided for the purposes referred to in point 2 may be processing directly by the Data Controller or through Third Parties that can manage services and/ or activities on behalf of the Data Controller. • Companies appointed by AGIC TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. as Data Processors (external)
• Judicial Authority, whenever a specific request is sent.

6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Regarding the purpose b), c) and f) your data will be kept until the limitation period of the rights arising from the contractual relationship. Regarding the purpose d) your data will be stored for a period not exceeding eighteen months form the last CV updating. For the purposes referred to in letter e), your personal data will be processed up to 24 months from the last contact or alternatively until you withdraw your consent. 7. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

Pursuant to Article 77 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation, we remind you that You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la pProtezione dei Dati Personali), in the event that it considers that the processing concerned violates the provisions of the same Regulation.

9. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE IN THE PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA

Some of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the services offered by the website www.agictech.com. Therefore, failure to provide the same, could make it impossible for Agic Technology S.r.l. to provide the services you requested.
