In view of the PNRR, the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, SIMEST, a company of the CDP Group, has announced the reopening of the new 394 Fund, i.e., resources, provided by Next Generation EU, entirely in support of the green and digital transition and internationalization of Italian SMEs.
1.2 billion reserved for the digital and green transition of SMEs, with particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises in the south and with different facilities: low-interest loans and non-repayable fund starting from 25% and up to 40% reserved for SMEs in the South (Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily).
The resources of the 394 Fund are intended exclusively for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which represent the backbone of the Italian economic and productive fabric. A new funding measure that represents a great incentive for projects of ecological and digital transition for our SMEs with international vocation and for the development of electronic commerce of the same in foreign countries (E-commerce), aspects that have now become a priority to be competitive and successful in the market.
As the CEO of SIMEST Mauro Alfonso pointed out
